Spread Pillsbury® pizza crust with butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese--what a great way to start any of your favorite pizzas!

Ingredients

1
can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust
2
tablespoons butter, softened
1/2
cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease large dark or nonstick cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press out dough to 15x10-inch rectangle.
  • 2 Spread butter over dough; sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over butter. Bake 7 minutes; remove from oven.
  • 3 Top partially baked crust with your favorite pizza toppings.
  • 4 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Tips

Grated Parmesan cheese can be used instead of the shredded but it will look different on the crust and won't be as visible.

If you have a block of Parmesan cheese, you can shred your own. Use a longer shred so it shows up on the crust!
