    Ingredients

    • 1 package (16oz) fully cooked cubed ham, drained
    • 1 bag (28 oz) frozen potatoes O’Brien with onions and peppers, thawed
    • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy Parmesan basil cooking sauce
    • 4 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup Betty Crocker® Potato Buds® mashed potatoes (dry)
    • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. Place ham in bottom of ungreased 11x7-inch (2-quart) shallow glass baking dish. Top with thawed potatoes.
    2. 2In 2-quart saucepan, mix cooking sauce, cream cheese and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Heat over medium heat until mixture just starts to boil, stirring until cream cheese is melted. Stir in dry potatoes until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over potatoes in baking dish.
    3. 3Cover with foil; bake 55 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and cheese is starting to brown.
