    Ingredients

    • 2  cups uncooked rotini pasta
    • 1  lb. ground beef or turkey
    • 2  large garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/2  teaspoon pepper
    • 2  (16-oz.) jars Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky Picante
    • 1  (4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso® Chopped Green Chiles
    • 6  oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. 1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Set aside.
    2. 2In large skillet, cook ground beef, garlic and pepper over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally; drain.
    3. 3Stir in picante and chiles. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Add cooked pasta; mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
