Make bunches of bars the easy no-bake way with "O's," peanut butter chips and chocolate.

Ingredients

6
cups Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal
1 1/2
cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2
cups peanut butter chips
3/4
cup light corn syrup
3
tablespoons butter or margarine
1
cup milk chocolate chips, melted

Directions

  • 1 Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, place cereal and marshmallows; stir to mix. Set aside.
  • 2 In medium microwavable bowl, microwave peanut butter chips, corn syrup and butter uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is smooth. Remove from microwave.
  • 3 Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture in bowl; stir until cereal is evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into pan. With buttered back of spoon, press mixture in pan until even. Spread melted chocolate evenly over top. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.
  • 4 With table knife, cut cereal mixture into 9 rows by 4 rows to make 36 bars. Store in loosely covered container.
Tips

You can also use a stove rather than a microwave to create these delicious bars. Make the recipe as directed—except heat the peanut butter chips, corn syrup and butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
