This is a bed time snack I came up with. The cookies were perfectly chewy. The ice cream was soft, just the way I like it. Yummy.

    Ingredients

    • In cup cookies n' cream ice cream
    • 2  peanut butter cookies - fresh baked

    Directions

    1. 1First, bake up some fresh Peanut Butter Cookies & let them cool for a bit.
    2. 2Next, scoop out 1 cup of ice cream into a bowl & let sit for a while to soften.
    3. 3Then, add in the cookies & enjoy... :)
