    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Yopliat strawberry yogurt
    • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    • sliced strawberries, apples, and crackers for dipping

    Directions

    1. 1In a small bowl blend the peanut butter, yogurt and powdered sugar until combined.
    2. 2Serve with fruit and crackers. For an even cuter presentation, serve in a hollowed out apple.

    I have to say, this was a hit in my house. I used yoplait light thick and creamy strawberry yogurt, because that's what we had in the house. It was nice and cool and tastes a bit like peanut butter and jelly. I might try adding strawberry banana yogurt next time, just to see what it comes out like.
