Bake this amazing brownie pie featuring Pillsbury® pie crust and crunchy pecans - a perfect fall dessert!

Ingredients

Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
1
box (1 lb 2.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
3/4
cup chopped pecans
3/4
cup pecan halves
2/3
cup packed brown sugar
1
tablespoon light corn syrup
1
teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.
  • 2 Make brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil and eggs. Pour batter into crust-lined plate. Bake 45 minutes.
  • 3 In medium bowl, mix chopped pecans, pecan halves, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla. Sprinkle pecan mixture over partially baked pie.
  • 4 Bake 15 minutes longer or until center is set, covering crust edges with foil to prevent excessive browning if necessary. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 2 hours.
