Ingredients

2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
2/3 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs beaten
1 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
4In a separate mixing bowl, beat together egg, butter, and applesauce.
5Stir applesauce mixture into flour mixture until just blended.
6Fold in walnuts and raisins.
7Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
