This beautiful dip will brighten up any holiday appetizer spread with its delicious sweet and spicy twist!

Ingredients

cup diced fresh pineapple

cup finely chopped red onion

cup chopped roasted red bell pepper (from a jar)

chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped

Food Should Taste Good pumpkin chips, as desired

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, mix all ingredients except chips.
  • 2 Cover and refrigerate until needed; serve with chips.
