Pisco is a very unusual tasting grape brandy made from the muscat grape in Peru and Chile. The Pisco Sour is the leading cocktail in both countries. (photo by Flickr user Corporatemonkey)

Ingredients

(1/2 ounces) pisco
3/4
ounce fresh lemon juice
1
ounce rich simple syrup
1
small egg white
Several drops of angostura bitters

Directions

  • 1 Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass. Garnish with several drops of angostura bitters on top of the foam.
