Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup from 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Baileys™ Irish Cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (like Nutella®)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup wavy potato chips, crushed
  • 1/4 cup diced bacon
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Maraschino cherries
  • Nonstick cooking spray

    In a medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick, cake mix, Irish cream and egg. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a medium-hot griddle that has been generously coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook both sides until golden brown.

    Plate the pancakes, adding hazelnut spread and peanut butter between the pancakes. Top with potato chips, bacon, whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles, toffee bits and maple syrup. Serve with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
