Ingredients

  • 2 1/2  to 2 3/4 cups Better for Bread wheat blend bread flour*
  • 1/4  cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1  package quick active dry yeast
  • 3/4  teaspoon salt
  • 1  cup very warm water (120º to 130º)
  • 2  tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix 1 1/2 cups of the flour, the cheese, yeast and salt in large bowl. Stir in water and oil. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Roll or pat dough to fit pizza pan or into 12-inch circle on cookie sheet, building up edge slightly. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
