    Ingredients

    • 2 3/4  to 3 1/4 cups Gold medal® all-purpose flour
    • 2  packages active dry yeast
    • 2  tablespoons chopped fresh or
    • 1/4  teaspoon dried basil leaves
    • 1/2  teaspoon salt
    • 1  cup warm water (105° to 115°)
    • 2  tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. 11. Place 2 3/4 cups flour, the yeast, basil and salt in food processor. Cover and process 10 seconds. Add water and oil. Cover and process 30 to 45 seconds or until dough pulls away from side of bowl. If dough is sticky, add flour, 1/4 cup at a time, until soft dough forms and is no longer sticky.
    2. 22. Lightly oil medium bowl. Place dough in bowl, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in warm place about 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
    3. 33. Use as directed for Fresh Tomato Pizza on the Grill (page 42).
