Turn pizza snacks into clever kabobs served with pizza sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

24
bamboo or wooden skewers (4 to 6 inch)
24
Totino's™ Pizza Rolls™ frozen cheese or pepperoni pizza snacks
1/2
medium red or green bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
8
small fresh button mushrooms
8
canned pineapple chunks, drained
8
medium pimiento-stuffed olives
1
small zucchini, halved lengthwise, each half cut into eight 1/2-inch slices
3
tablespoons Italian or French dressing
1
jar (14 oz) pizza sauce, heated until warm

Directions

  • 1 Soak skewers in water at least 15 minutes; drain.
  • 2 Meanwhile, place pizza snacks on microwavable plate. Microwave uncovered on High 30 to 40 seconds or until thawed. Set aside.
  • 3 Heat oven to 425°F. On each skewer, thread 1 pizza snack and your choice of two other items. Brush vegetables with dressing; place on cookie sheet.
  • 4 Bake 7 to 9 minutes, turning once, until pizza snacks are hot and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • 5 Serve kabobs with warm sauce.
Tips

Mix up the choices! Try pineapple and green bell pepper with a pepperoni pizza snack for a Hawaiian kabob, or zucchini and an olive with a cheese pizza snack for an Italian kabob.

Assemble the kabobs and store covered in refrigerator. Just before serving, brush with dressing; bake as directed.
