Pomegranate-Mint Sangria

A minty-twist on sangria that is combined with the flavorings of pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1 orange, cut into wedges
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 oz brandy (optional)
  • 2 cups seltzer water

Steps

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stash in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or until chilled). Serve over ice.
