Season your popcorn snack with our homemade Parmesan-lemon-pepper or chile-lime salt seasonings.

Ingredients

Parmesan-Lemon-Pepper Topping

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning

teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

teaspoon salt

teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Chile-Lime Salt

teaspoons salt
1
teaspoon grated lime peel
1
teaspoon ground cumin
1
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1
teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

  • 1 In 2 separate small bowls, mix Parmesan-Lemon-Pepper Topping ingredients and Chile-Lime Salt ingredients. Leave in bowls, or transfer to shakers.
  • 2 To serve, spoon or sprinkle desired amount of topping on buttered popped popcorn; shake or stir to mix.
Tips  

Adjust the heat by using more or less crushed red pepper flakes.

These toppings are great for serving on microwave popcorn. After popping the popcorn, pour one recipe of either topping into the warm bag, close and shake to distribute the topping.
