Giddyup and go! Round up the family for a really easy cowboy dinner of biscuits, pork and beans.

Ingredients

4
Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Frozen Buttermilk Biscuits, from 25-ounce package
4
pork loin chops (1 pound)
1/2
teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1
can (16 ounces) baked beans
2
cups frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained

Directions

  • 1 Bake biscuits as directed on package.
  • 2 Meanwhile, spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over mediumhigh heat until hot. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper; add to skillet. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until brown.
  • 3 Reduce heat to medium; move pork chops to side of skillet. Add baked beans and green beans to skillet; mix well. Arrange pork chops over bean mixture; press slightly. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring bean mixture occasionally, until pork is slightly pink in center. Serve biscuits with pork chops and bean mixture.
