Step By Step

Like pumpkin pie in a cocktail!

As prepared by tbspSusan,

A little pumpkin liqueur, a little vodka, and voila – the best (and easiest) Thanksgiving cocktail ever!

If your martini glass is looking for a slice of pumpkin pie this Thanksgiving, feed its craving with this amazing Pumpkin Martini.

Here's the easy how-to:

Pumpkin Martini

First, we're gonna get your martini glass in a party mood. Pour a bit of the pumpkin pie cream liqueur into a dish that's slightly larger than the rim of your glass. Then dip the glass in to cover the rim.

Pumpkin Martini

Immediately roll the rim in festive jimmies or colored sugar.

Pumpkin Martini

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1-1/2 ounces of vodka. I used marshmallow fluff flavored vodka to make this recipe even more fun.

Pumpkin Martini

Then add 3 ounces of the pumpkin pie liqueur. Cover and shake to chill and blend the mixture.

Pumpkin Martini

Pour the cocktail into your waiting martini glass. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and add a stick of cinnamon as a stir stick.

Then start making more for all of your Thanksgiving guests!

Tips

If you cant find pumpkin pie cream liqueur, substitute 1 1/2 ounces of pumpkin liqueur (such as Hiram Walker) + 1 1/2 ounces of Irish cream (such as Bailey's™).
