    Ingredients

    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 cup canned pumpkin
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 cup frozen whipped cream, thawed
    • Gingersnap cookies, apples, or cinnamon graham cracker sticks

    Directions

    1. 1In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    2. 2Add in pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and ginger. Mix well.
    3. 3Fold in the thawed whipped cream.
    4. 4Serve with green apples, graham cracker sticks, or gingersnaps.
    5. 5Store in refrigerator.

    I made this MINUS the ginger and used additional cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. I also added drops of yellow & red food coloring to make it more orange in color. I toasted pumpkin seeds and put on top as a garnish and around the plate .... I should have gotten a picture BEFORE it was put on the table. The only thing that went faster than this dip was the queso.

    Um, this is pretty much the most DELICIOUS Pumpkin Dip on the planet. Making it once again for Thanksgiving! Everyone in my family LOVED it!!!....even the ones that never like anything! It's already a requested dip by many of my relatives!
