Ingredients

  • 1 1/4  cups vanilla soymilk
  • 1/4  cup cold canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1  container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
  • 1  tablespoon honey
  • 1/2  teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. 1Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. 2Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

I make a similar smoothie, only I swap the vanilla soy milk for plain almond or hemp milk and the fat free yogurt for 2% plain Fage. It's REALLY good! The 2% yogurt stays with you longer than the fat free stuff.
