These cookie bars made with sugar cookie mix are so easy to make, bake and take!

Ingredients

1
pouch Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
1/2
cup butter, softened
2
eggs
3/4
cup white vanilla baking chips
1
container Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy rainbow chip frosting

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, softened butter and eggs until soft dough forms. Stir in chips. Spread batter evenly in pan.
  • 2 Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Frost bars. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered.
Tips

You can add 1/4 cup multicolored sprinkles to the cookie dough before baking in place of the chips.

The bars can be made in a 13x9-inch pan and baked 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. They will be a little thinner.
