  • Involve kids in the preparation of these cute and tasty sandwich cookies. Prepare remainder of soft drink mix as directed on package.

Ingredients

  • 3  tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 2  cups powdered sugar
  • 1  to 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3  packages (0.13 to 0.19 oz each) unsweetened soft drink mix (3 colors)
  • 1  box (12 oz) vanilla wafer cookies

Directions

  1. 1In small bowl with electric mixer, beat butter, powdered sugar and milk on medium speed until smooth.
  2. 2Divide mixture evenly into 3 small bowls. Into each bowl of mixture, stir 1/8 teaspoon of 1 flavor drink mix until mix is dissolved.
  3. 3For each sandwich cookie, spread about 1 teaspoon frosting on bottom of 1 cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down.
