Enjoy the multiple flavors of sherbet stacked up in these beautiful, bouncy, boozy little bites.

Ingredients

box (3 oz.) Jell-O™ lime
1
box (3 oz.) Jell-O™ orange
1
box (3 oz.) Jell-O™ raspberry
1
Yoplait® Whips!® yogurt key lime pie, divided (6 oz.)
1
Yoplait® Original 99% fat free orange crème yogurt, divided (6 oz.)

Yoplait® Whips!® yogurt raspberry mousse (6 oz.)

tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin (or 3 envelopes)

cups vodka, rainbow sherbet-flavored

Directions

  • 1 Lime Layer: Mix 3/4 cup water and the lime gelatin in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk until combined. Add half of the key lime yogurt container and whisk again. Pour mixture into a medium-sized sauce pan. Sprinkle 2 1/2 tablespoons (or 1 envelope) of unflavored powered gelatin on top and let sit for 1 minute to activate. Whisk until combined.
  • 2 Place saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a light simmer. Remove from heat and add 1 cup rainbow sherbet-flavored vodka. Pour lime mixture into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until slightly set. (Should be sticky but not firm.)
  • 3 Orange Layer: Mix 3/4 cup water and orange gelatin into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk until combined. Add half of orange crème yogurt container and whisk again. Pour mixture into a medium-sized saucepan. Sprinkle 2 1/2 tablespoons (or 1 envelope) unflavored powered gelatin on top and let sit for 1 minute to activate. Whisk until combined.
  • 4 Place saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a light simmer. Remove from heat and add 1 cup rainbow sherbet-flavored vodka. Slowly pour orange and vodka mixture on top of slightly set lime mixture. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until slightly set. (Should be sticky but not firm.)
  • 5 Raspberry Layer: Mix 3/4 cup water and raspberry gelatin into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk until combined. Add the entire raspberry mousse yogurt container and whisk again. Pour mixture into a medium-sized saucepan. Sprinkle 2-1/2 tablespoons (or 1 envelope) of unflavored powered gelatin on top and let sit for 1 minute to activate. Whisk until combined.
  • 6 Place saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a light simmer. Remove from heat and add 1 cup rainbow sherbet-flavored vodka. Slowly pour raspberry and vodka mixture on top of slightly set orange mixture. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until totally set and firm.
  • 7 Using a sharp knife, cut your set gelatin into thirds vertically across the pan. Gently lift out each block and cut into cubes or squares. Keep refrigerated until serving!

Tips  

The directions call for using the whole container of yogurt in the raspberry layer in order to lighten the color. You can adjust the amount of water and yogurt to get the right color, as long as your final measurements are 1 cup of liquid total to match the 1 cup of vodka that will be added later.

Use the remaining lime and orange yogurt as desired.
