Mixed greens tossed with apple chunks, walnuts and dried cranberries offer a fresh and palate-pleasing salad perfect for seasonal gatherings.

Ingredients

bag (10 oz) torn mixed salad greens (about 7 cups)

large apple, cubed (1 1/2 cups)

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients except dressing.
  • 2 Just before serving, toss with dressing.
Tips  

Want to make this salad a little more special? Add 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles to the other ingredients.
