Ingredients

  • 3  cups halved fresh strawberries
  • 3  cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 1  pint (2 cups) fresh raspberries
  • 1/4  cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1/4  cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 4  oz. Brie cheese, cut into wedges
  • 4  oz. Gouda cheese, cut into wedges
  • 1  (8-oz.) loaf crusty cracked wheat bread, sliced
  • Chopped fresh mint

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine strawberries, watermelon and raspberries.

  2. In small bowl, combine vinegar and jam; blend well. Pour over fruit; toss gently to coat.

  3. Spoon fruit mixture onto individual plates. Arrange cheese wedges and bread around salads. Garnish with mint.
