    Ingredients

    • 1/4  cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/4  cup finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
    • 6  garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/4  teaspoon pepper
    • 1/4  cup dry red wine
    • 3  tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1  tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1  tablespoon red wine vinegar

    Directions

    1. 1In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.

    I never comment on recipes, but I created one just to say how amazing this was!! I used fresh oregano! and used stew meat like kabobs (that's all I had) I soaked them for 3 hours! the flavors are amazing! the tenderness of the meat was superb! we will definitely use this again!!
