Tips

“Bruschetta is a popular appetizer and can be fat laden. This version is low in fat and high in flavor.” Wanda S.

Regular, moderate exercise has been shown to boost immunity, increasing the body's ability to ward off colds and other illnesses. More is not always better, though, because long, intense exercise may actually depress immunity.
