    Ingredients

    • FROSTING DIP
    • 1 stick softened butter
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tablespoon rum
    • CARROT CAKE BITES
    • 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist™ Carrot Cake Mix
    • 1 cup water
    • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 3  eggs

    Directions

    1. 1For the Frosting Dip: Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add in the sugar and rum and beat on high until the texture is smooth and creamy. Place in serving bowl.
    2. 2For the Carrot Cake Bites: Combine ingredients per box instructions. Bake in a 9" x 12" pan. Let cake cool completely, then cut it into 1” to 2” squares. When you remove a square from the pan, cut it in half again, so it’s bite size.
