Spicy salami topped with kicky cream cheese and green chilis transforms flour tortillas into roll-ups extraordinaire.

Ingredients

2
tablespoons mayonnaise
4
oz cream cheese, softened
1/2
teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
6
Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos, 8 inch (from 11-oz package)
1/2
lb thinly sliced salami
6
leaves leaf lettuce

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard and chiles until smooth.
  • 2 Heat tortillas as directed on package. On each warm tortilla, spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture and top evenly with salami; spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture over salami and top with lettuce leaf.
  • 3 Roll up each tortilla tightly; trim ends. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until serving time.
  • 4 To serve, cut each roll into 8 pieces; secure each piece with cocktail toothpick.
Tips

Party stores sell many decorative cocktail toothpicks. Choose toothpicks to fit the theme of the gathering.
