    Ingredients

    • 2  (6 1/8-oz.) cans boneless skinless chunk-style pink salmon in spring water, drained, flaked
    • 1/2  cup finely chopped cucumber
    • 1  to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed, if desired
    • 3  tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
    • 1  tablespoon lemon juice
    • 4  bagels, halved
    • 4  lettuce leaves

    Directions

    1. 1In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bagels and lettuce; mix well. Top bottom half of each bagel with lettuce leaf, about 1/2 cup salmon mixture and top half of bagel. Serve immediately.
