I know am weird... but this a favorite sour snack of mine. I have been doing this for years. I can eat this just about every day. 1 lemon

  • Servings 0




  • 1 First, wash the outside of the lemon. Then, slice the lemon into 8 wedges.
  • 2 Next, sprinkle with salt on each side of each wedge.
  • 3 Next, place the wedges in a plastic container, covered, in your ice box for a few hours or 24 hours.
  • 4 Then, eat as many as you can without making weird, funny sour faces.
