Ingredients

  • 2  lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 4  cups water
  • 2  (16-oz.) cans whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
  • 2  (15 1/2-oz.) cans Joan of Arc Fancy Red Kidney Beans, undrained
  • 1  (15 1/2-oz.) can Joan of Arc Fancy Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 2  medium onions, chopped
  • 2  medium potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 1/2  cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2  teaspoon salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/4  teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1  large bay leaf

Directions

  1. In Dutch oven, brown sausage, stirring to crumble; drain. Stir inremaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer1 hour. Remove bay leaf.
