  • 1/4  cup water
  • 1  cup broccoli florets
  • 3/4  cup cauliflower florets
  • 1  medium carrot, cut into julienne strips
  • 1/2  cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/8  to 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1  (8-oz.) pkg. Van de Kamp´s® Today´s Catch® Frozen Sole or Flounder Fillets
  • 1/8  teaspoon thyme leaves, crushed
  • Paprika
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 8-inch (2-quart) square microwave-safe dish, combine water, broccoli, cauliflower and carrot. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add mushrooms and garlic salt. Place frozen fillets with thin ends toward center over vegetables. Sprinkle with thyme and paprika. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking. Arrange fillets on serving plate; spoon vegetables over fillets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
