Ingredients

tablespoons sesame seed

lb. pre-cut chicken breast chunks, or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch chunks

tablespoon oil

cup purchased sweet and sour or barbecue sauce or 1/2 cup honey

Directions

  • 1 In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seed until golden brown, stirring often. Sprinkle toasted seed over chicken chunks.
  • 2 Heat oil in same skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve sauce with chicken nuggets.
