    Ingredients

    • 1  egg, separated
    • 1/4  teaspoon maple flavor
    • 1  package White Cake Mix
    • 1/2  cup margarine or butter, softened
    • 1  (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 3/4  cup chopped pecans

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, beat egg white and maple flavor until stiff; set aside. In large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine, cream cheese and egg yolk at low speed until crumbly. Press in ungreased 15x10-inch jelly roll pan; spread with egg white mixture. Sprinkle with pecans; presslightly. Bake at 375°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into cookies.
