Add a special touch to refrigerated sugar cookies with a sweet wine drizzle.

Ingredients

roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated sugar cookies
5
tablespoons powdered sugar
2
tablespoons Moscato wine
2
teaspoons grated lime peel

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper. Scoop dough out of wrapper by tablespoonfuls and drop onto cookie sheet. (Or remove dough from wrapper and cut into slices.)
  • 2 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks; cool 5 minutes.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, wine and lime peel. Drizzle glaze over cookies.
Tips  

It’s easy to bake 2 or 3 batches of these cookies, if needed, and increase the other ingredients for the drizzle.

Like lemon? Substitute lemon peel for the lime peel.
