Ingredients

  • 1/2  lb. beef top round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into very thin strips
  • 1  (1-lb.) pkg. Green Giant® American Mixtures® Frozen Green Beans, Potatoes, Onions and Red Peppers
  • 1/2  cup chili sauce
  • 1  (8-oz.) can Joan of Arc® Light Red Kidney Beans, undrained
  • 1/4  cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley, if desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add steak strips; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until steak is no longer pink.

  2. Add frozen vegetables, chili sauce and kidney beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in cilantro.
