    Ingredients

    • 2 medium flour tortillas
    • 1/2 cup egg whites, scrambled and lightly salted (or 2 eggs, scrambled and lightly salted)
    • 3/4 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
    • 2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes
    • 2 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives
    • 4 tablespoons Yoplait Greek yogurt
    • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
    • olive oil cooking spray

    Directions

    1. 1Heat a skillet over medium heat.
    2. 2Place one tortilla on a clean workspace. Top with scrambled egg whites, cheese, sundried tomatoes, and olives. Cover with second tortilla, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and cook (oil side down) in hot skillet. Flip and cook on the second side until both sides are golden brown.
    3. 3In a small bowl, combine basil and Yoplait. Serve with quesadillas for dipping.
