    Ingredients

    • 3  ripe avocados, mashed
    • 2/3 cup frozen peas, pureed
    • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    • juice from 1/2 lime
    • 1 tsp salt

    Directions

    1. 1Place ingredients in bowl, and stir until mixed.
    2. 2Transfer to pretty bowl for serving.

    It's skinnier because you're replacing a portion of the mashed avocado with mashed peas. Of course, the "skinny-ness" is serving size based. If one eats the whole bowl ...

    And definitely use onion or whatever you like in your guac for flavoring. This is one area where I'm a minimalist!
