Brighten up breakfast with this pleasantly peachy tribute to the mojito.

Ingredients

cups frozen peaches

tablespoons honey

cup plain nonfat yogurt

cup orange juice

tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves

cup almond milk

Directions

  • 1 In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Tips  

Want to make it even prettier? Top with a little extra shredded mint.

Try blending in 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal.
