Try these delicious taco boats with shrimp and sweet/spicy accompaniments. They'll be a hit!

Ingredients

lb uncooked medium shrimp, peeled (tail shells removed), deveined
1
tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
1/2
cup Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt
1/2
teaspoon Sriracha sauce

Old El Paso™ Taco Boats™ Soft Flour Tortillas
1
cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
2
cups shredded red cabbage
Chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat 10- to 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook about 3 minutes or until starting to turn pink. Add taco seasoning mix; stir until seasoning mix is incorporated and shrimp is pink.
  • 2 To make Sriracha crema, stir together yogurt and Sriracha sauce in small bowl. Divide shrimp among tortillas; top with pineapple, cabbage and Sriracha crema. Add cilantro.
