Ingredients

  • 1  lb. (at least 90%) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1  medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2  cups tomato juice
  • 1  cup water
  • 1  (16-oz.) pkg. coleslaw blend
  • 1  (15-oz.) can chunky salsa tomato sauce
  • 1  (11-oz.) can Green Giant® Niblets® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
  • 1  teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 3  tablespoons light sour cream, if desired

Directions

  1. In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

  2. Place beef mixture in 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir to combine.

  3. Cover; cook on Low setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve with sour cream.
