    Ingredients

    • 1  (7.8-oz.) pkg. Hungry Jack® Creamy Scalloped Potatoes
    • 2  tablespoons margarine or butter
    • 2 1/2  cups boiling water
    • 1  cup milk
    • 3/4  lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, halved
    • 3/4  lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, quartered
    • 1/4  teaspoon pepper
    • 1  medium onion, thinly sliced
    • 1/2  cup sour cream
    • 1  cup Green Giant® Frozen Sweet Peas

    Directions

    1. 1In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine sauce mix from potatoes, potato slices and margarine. Add boiling water; stir until margarine melts. Add milk; mix well. Top with chicken pieces; sprinkle with pepper. Top with onion; stir gently.
    2. 2Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 7 hours or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, and potatoes are tender.
    3. 3Stir in sour cream and peas. Cover; cook on low setting for an additional 15 minutes.
