Ingredients

(7.8-oz.) pkg. Hungry JackĀ® Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

tablespoons margarine or butter
2 1/2
cups boiling water
1
cup milk
3/4
lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, halved
3/4
lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, quartered
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1
medium onion, thinly sliced
1/2
cup sour cream
1
cup Green GiantĀ® Frozen Sweet Peas

Directions

  • 1 In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine sauce mix from potatoes, potato slices and margarine. Add boiling water; stir until margarine melts. Add milk; mix well. Top with chicken pieces; sprinkle with pepper. Top with onion; stir gently.
  • 2 Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 7 hours or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, and potatoes are tender.
  • 3 Stir in sour cream and peas. Cover; cook on low setting for an additional 15 minutes.
