    Ingredients

    • 1 pound stew beef
    • 1/2  onion, chopped
    • 1 can Progresso Soup Starters, Creamy Garlic Flavor
    • 1 packet powdered beef gravy mix
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 4 cups fresh broccoli
    • 2 cups cooked white sticky rice

    Directions

    1. 1Place stew beef, chopped onion, Progress Soup Starters, beef gravy mix, and soy sauce into a large slow cooker.
    2. 2Cover and cook on high for 3-5 hours, or on low for 4-6 hours, or until beef is tender. Thirty minutes before serving, toss broccoli into the slow cooker, cover and cook the remaining 30 minutes.
    3. 3Serve beef & broccoli mixture over sticky rice. Enjoy!
