    Ingredients

    • 1  Pork Shoulder
    • 3 Cups Orange Juice
    • 1 Bunch Cilantro
    • 5 Cloves Garlic
    • 1 Large Onion
    • 3  Habaneros (no seeds)
    • 1 Can Old El Paso Green Chiles
    • 1 Teaspoon Coriander
    • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
    • 1 Teaspoon Salt
    • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

    Directions

    1. 1Mix all ingredients except the pork in the food processor.
    2. 2Pour the sauce over the pork and place in the fridge overnight.
    3. 3Put the pork into the slow cooker with all of the marinade and turn on low. Make sure the liquid only goes halfway up the meat.
    4. 4Cook about 8-10 hours, until the meat is falling apart.
    5. 5Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it up.
    6. 6Skim the fat off the remaining liquid. There will be a lot of fat!
    7. 7Strain the liquid into the shredded pork and mix well.
    8. 8The pork is now ready to use as you desire!
