Tips

Betty's This is the perfect recipe to have all the ingredients on hand. Cut the chicken into 1- inch pieces before storing in the freezer. Just defrost the chicken in the microwave and pop everything in your slow cooker-what could be easier?

The wonderful flavors of Parmesan cheese and toasted almonds are a natural with wild rice and chicken.
