If you are in a hurry, this can be made on the stovetop. Brown the meat as directed, then add taco seasoning mix, enchilada sauce and green chiles. Cook about 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Stir in cilantro and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Serve as directed.
