    Ingredients

    • 3 lbs pork spare ribs
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 1 14.5 oz can Muir Glen Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
    • 1 can Muir Glen Tomato Paste
    • 2 tbsp molasses
    • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • salt, to taste

    1. 1Rinse the spare ribs under cool water and place into the slow cooker.
    2. 2In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, molasses, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and garlic. Pour over the ribs, lifting the racks to ensure that they are well-covered.

    4. 4Turn the slow-cooker on low and cook for 9-11 hours, until the ribs are tender.
    5. 5Serve immediately.
