Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12 slices firm white bread (recommended: sandwich bread)
  • Basil and garlic goat cheese
  • 30 thin slices cucumber, peeled if you like
  • 4 oz smoked salmon

Steps

    Spread out six of the slices of bread. Spread each of them with goat cheese.
  • 2
    Place five of the cucumber slices on each of the six slices of bread in a single layer.
  • 3
    Divide the smoked salmon evenly among the six slices of bread. Top each with the remaining bread.

    Cut the sandwiches on the diagonals, creating four triangles per sandwich.
  • 5
    Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
